Catering fee relates to a one-night stay of one adult person.
Served meals: breakfast; hot main meal (2 or more courses).
Free of charge cancellations – up to 7 days before the arrival date. After this date the Customer will be charged 30% of the stay fee. In case of cancellations made later than 3 days prior to the arrival day, guests will be charged 100% of the reservation costs. The advance payment concerning the reservation amounts to 20% of the full sum.
For guests – gym, sauna and jacuzzi.
During your stay with the Voucher, you are relieved of charges for overnight stays, and you cover only catering fees, including at least 2 meals per day: a breakfast and a dinner. The entire cost of your stay is a catering fee multiplied by number of adults and days spent in a hotel.
Some venues charge additional minor fees (e.g. tourist tax) which are obligatory for all the guests.
After receiving the Eurorest hotel Voucher, contact the hotel (email, phone) and make a booking. Inform the hotel that you are a holder of the Eurorest Voucher.
Present your Voucher in hotel reception upon arrival to be exempt from charge for overnight stays for your entire stay, and cover the catering fee according to the table above. You will find more information on
